PH records every scan of a labelled unit at the pharmacy counter and shows each person the points recorded for them.
From notes to one record
Without PH, activity at the counter is tracked on paper notes and in phone calls, and sooner or later someone asks who really recorded which unit.

How it works
From the label on the unit to the points on your screen.
First, the Provider labels each unit with a QR code.
Every unit gets its own label before it ships, with its code printed under the QR.
Then the pharmacy scans it at the counter.
The employee at the counter scans the label with the PH app, or types the printed code.
Next, PH records the scan.
The scan is checked and recorded at once: who scanned it, where and when.
Finally, everyone follows their own points.

Trust and privacy

What is PH Rewards?
PH Rewards records every scan of a labelled unit at a pharmacy and shows each person the points recorded for them: an app for the counter, and dashboards for Providers.
Who uses PH?
Providers of products, the pharmacies that carry their items, and the Pharmacy Employees at the counter.
How does a pharmacy get an account?
Its Provider, or the PH admin, creates it with the owner's phone number.
How does a company become a Provider?
It writes to the Support email. Joining follows an agreement with PH.
Which phones does the app run on?
iPhone and Android, in Arabic and English.
Does PH pay the points or rewards?
No. PH records the points and handles no payments; any reward is agreed between the parties themselves, outside PH.
Who can see my scans and points?
Each person sees their own. A pharmacy's owner also sees the pharmacy's.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from Settings in the app. The Privacy policy explains how.
Is my data sold or used for ads?
No. PH sells no data and shows no ads.
